We’ve been doing that for over 28 years, led by local lads Alan and Chris, who built the business on honest advice, good service, and getting the job done right.
Alan brings over 30 years of experience to Crystal Rubber. He co-founded the business with Chris Rutter and has been a driving force behind its steady growth ever since. With a focus on practical solutions and honest advice, Alan played a key role in developing the Koolshield™ range and continues to steer the company with the same hands-on approach that built its reputation.
With decades of hands-on experience, Chris co-founded Crystal Rubber alongside Alan. He’s been instrumental in growing the business from the ground up — helping shape Koolshield™ and building lasting relationships with customers and suppliers alike.
As Factory Manager, Mike’s the reason everything runs like clockwork. From order prep to dispatch, he keeps things moving behind the scenes — making sure customers get what they need, when they need it.
