Flame Retardant Sponge/Foams Bisco® Brand

In addition to our own range of cellular silicone foams and sponges, we have recently become appointed as distributors for the Rogers Corporation Bisco® brand of silicones.

Bisco® products are complementary to our existing range and include predominantly high specification flame retardant silicone foams and sponge sheet products for the mass transit, aerospace and electronics industries.

Depending on the grade selected, compliance to BS6853, GM/RT 2125, LUL, NF F 16-101, UL-94 V-0 and HF1 standards can be met.

In addition, the inherent characteristics of these products naturally produce excellent low compression set figures allowing engineers and designers to specify these materials with confidence in applications that require good recovery in demanding applications.

A further advantage of the Bisco® products is the ingredients used in most of the foam and sponge grades are listed under the FDA regulation 177.2600 and are therefore suitable for food contact applications.

All of our silicone foams and sponges are available plain or adhesive backed and can be supplied in sheet form or converted into strips, seals, gaskets and fabrications etc.
