Crystal-Stic LET-05

Crystal-Stic LET-05 is the thinnest virgin skived PTFE tape. Thickness, (without adhesive) is 0.05 mm.

Crystal-Stic SPF-10

Crystal-Stic SPF-10 is part of a line of virgin skived PTFE tapes that are available. It has a smooth, non-stick surface with silicone PSA adhesive.

Weight and thickness without adhesive and liner are 225 g/m2 and 0.16mm respectively.

Availability: Our fabrics are available in a variety of widths. Please contact us to confirm the maximum available width for each of the above products.

Fabric Care: Do not fold or crease the fabric when handling and installing. The fabric can eventually discolour in sunlight, but is otherwise unaffected by biological or chemical agents, heat or cold within its temperature range, or by most areas of the electro-magnetic spectrum.

PTFE begins to soften at 260°C, increasing wear rate. Somewhat above 300°C, fumes are given off and these should not be inhaled. COSHH data available upon request.
